PokerEdge ("we", "us", "our") is the developer and operator of the PokerEdge mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

This data is entered entirely by you. We do not infer or collect it from any external source.
If you use the in-app messaging feature, message content is stored on our servers to enable delivery. Messages are only visible to the sender and recipient.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never see or store your credit card or payment details. Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat.

PokerEdge is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (Supabase, RevenueCat). Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure adequate protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
